last night, not only did I play squash with Tom for 45 minutes (I won 4-2 muhahahaha), but i also cycled to and from the leisure centre where we were playing. My legs are a little achey, but overall I don’t feel too bad. Although I am not sure my sweaty, smelly visage was exactly what Claire had in mind when she asked me to surprise her for her birthday 
admittedly it’s not a patch on either lara or dave but I’m still quietly impressed with myself. Although not that quietly considering I felt the urge to write about it on here …
