Dan Antopolski’s Sandwich Rap
A few weeks back, I was having an idle chat with Matt, director of Out of Office, when he mentioned that he might be getting involved in producing a video for Dan Antopolski, a quite bonkers sounding music video. I read the shooting script, and thought two things. Firstly, ‘That sounds brilliant’, secondly ‘Dear God it’s going to be a lot of work’.
Still Alive
Unbelievable I know, but I am still alive – I’ve not been deliberately quiet on here, just been a tad on the busy side for the last few weeks. Webseries Recommendation: Circledrawers
Been meaning to recommend this show for a while now. Circledrawers is a pretty unique web series project, a collaboration between people in Iceland and New York. It centres on a group of angels, bumbling their way through life as they have to complete a list of 1571 tasks to enable them to be reborn as human. With incredibly high production values, and an intriguing take on the concept of the spirit world, this really is a great show, and deserves peoples’ attention.
Labour’s nightmare will eventually end. Ours won’t.
The European election results provide a useful punctuation point for me to discuss the last few weeks of politics in the UK. With UKIP gaining a sizeable portion of the vote, and the BNP picking up two seats, it’s clear that a serious protest vote has been made against the Westminster set.
